Alliance for International Medical Action-ALIMA
Alliance for International Medical Action-ALIMA
Overview
ALIMA is an international medical NGO that offers a new humanitarian model: providing a response to medical emergencies in Africa thanks to the skills present locally. ALIMA networks and strengthens national humanitarian medicine NGOs to implement demanding care projects both in terms of the quality of medicine and the number of patients treated. These projects are part of both humanitarian emergencies and chronic crisis contexts that require the development of medium-long term projects.
