Hafedh Ghadda

Director of the Professional Training Division at Honoris, is a senior engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering from ENIT and a PhD in Telecommunications from ENIT in partnership with the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
He is currently responsible for the development of EFTP institutions under Honoris in Tunisia.
Since 1990, he has been a university lecturer at Sup'Com and has held several teaching and administrative positions at this institution. He was a researcher at the GRAMES (Groupe de Recherches Avancées en Micro-ondes et Electronique Spatiale) laboratory at the École Polytechnique de Montréal.
His career in vocational training began in 1999 when he took up the position of director of sectoral training centers in telecommunications and electronics industries, then as director of information systems at the Tunisian Agency for Vocational Training.
He held the position of project manager at the Ministry of Communications Technologies, responsible for international cooperation. Later, he was project manager at the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment, chair of the national vocational training reform project management unit.
He has extensive knowledge of TVET systems in Tunisia and in several countries in Africa and around the world.
He has led several national and international projects in the field of managing TVET institutions
