I currently serve as CEO of GMP Capital, a licensed portfolio management company, and Managing Partner of HBMT Solutions, a consulting firm specialized in corporate finance, investment structuring, and strategic advisory. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of a major commercial bank, where I actively contribute to risk management, strategy, governance, and recovery committees.

My professional background includes senior positions at the Central Bank, where I was responsible for foreign exchange regulation, financial inspections, and supervisory activities, as well as advisory functions at the highest level of government on macroeconomic and financial policy matters. This experience has provided me with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, monetary and exchange policies, financial sector reforms, and institutional strengthening.

I have acted as a senior consultant for international financial institutions, including multilateral development banks, on assignments related to trade facilitation, regional economic integration, private sector development, and investment climate reforms, particularly in Africa and emerging markets.

Academically, I hold a PhD in Economics, advanced degrees in finance and econometrics, and professional certifications including PMP®.
