Dr Mutie is an accomplished Monitoring, Evaluation, and Development Specialist with over 16 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation. He is a Credentialed M&E practitioner (MEAL Core) by the PHAP Credentialing Program. Additional seven (7) years’ experience in aid and development project management and coordination completes his 23-year career in aid and development. A results-focused manager, adept at delivering sustainable and cost-efficient and evidence informed development solutions. Possesses a strong foundation in sustainable and participatory development approaches, and a commitment to demonstrating value for development investments. A gifted capacity builder, writer, public/conference speaker and passionate about results and effectiveness of aid and development work.
