I work at the intersection of public sector leadership, governance, and institutional capacity development. With experience across international organizations including UNICEF and GIZ, I have supported initiatives that strengthen leadership capabilities in the public sector and facilitate international knowledge exchange on governance and public administration.

My work focuses on helping governments, international organizations, and public administration institutes design leadership development programs, governance initiatives, and learning platforms that strengthen institutions and support public sector reform.
