For over two decades, my work has been guided by a core question: How can we create progress by nurturing innovation and building the systems that enable sustainable and economic growth?

As Managing Partner at Fermendom, I focus on scaling our operations and leading consulting efforts for entrepreneurship and innovation actors. With over 25 years of experience across local and international contexts, I’ve built partnerships and contributed to impactful projects spanning regions and borders.

At Fermendom, we partner with public and private sector entities to deliver advisory services and engineering solutions focused on the Green and Circular Economy. Our work ranges from environmental engineering and policy development to strategic support for innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Together with our network of experts, we help institutions adapt, innovate, and lead in a rapidly evolving world.

Before joining Fermendom, I spent more than ten years at Berytech, where I helped position it as MENA’s leading innovation and entrepreneurship support organization. My work extended beyond the organization, contributing to national impact through initiatives like launching Lebanon’s first certified Digital Fabrication Lab and developing sector-focused 'Verticals of Excellence'.These efforts played a key role in shaping ecosystems around agri-food, clean and green technologies, with a consistent focus on sustainability and long-term economic growth.

I have served, and continue to serve, on the boards of several organizations across regional and global networks, including the European Business and Innovation Centers Network, the ANIMA Investment Network, and the American University of Beirut’s Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, among others. Through these roles, I continue to support through good governance practices, offer strategic direction, and contribute insights grounded in field experience.

As I continue this journey, my path remains clear: to enable innovation that serves economies, supports communities, and lays the groundwork for a more resilient future.
