Dr. Wassim El Hage is an Entrepreneurship & Innovation Trainer, Business Development Consultant, and Inclusion Specialist with over 15 years of professional experience across social entrepreneurship, vocational training, disability inclusion, business coaching, and capacity building.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Agonista, a Lebanese social enterprise established in 2018 to create inclusive training and employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities through hospitality, vocational training, and social innovation.

Dr. El Hage has designed and delivered training, coaching, and consulting assignments for entrepreneurs, MSMEs, youth, women, NGOs, educational institutions, and vulnerable communities, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship and business model development, idea generation and validation, financial literacy and business planning, sales and marketing, innovation and design thinking, inclusive employment, and disability awareness.

He has worked with a variety of local and international stakeholders and has delivered workshops, consultancy services, and technical support in Lebanon and the wider MENA region.

In addition to his consulting work, he is a university lecturer and trainer with experience in designing practical, interactive, and impact-oriented learning programs. His work combines business growth, social impact, and inclusion, making him a valuable expert for programs targeting MSMEs, entrepreneurship ecosystems, youth and women empowerment, and inclusive development.
