Ahmed Youssef has been active in the business sector across Egypt, Middle East, and Africa since 1997. He currently serves as the business development partner at SQUAD, a business finance consultation firm. Additionally, he is a board member in EVOQAS, a technology startup focused on innovative financial solutions.

Ahmed’s expertise lies in strategic planning, business development, and financial management. He has contributed to various projects in different domains, including business planning, modeling, automation, performance analysis, strategic planning, financial feasibility, valuation, fundraising, marketing strategy, and capacity building. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Ahmed held several positions in the information technology sector throughout the Middle East and Africa.

Ahmed is a registered consultant with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), United Nations (UN), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ)

His career began in 1997 in Cairo with Unitec, an IT system integrator under Raya Holding. In 2003, he moved to Dubai to join FVC, a regional IT distributor, with the goal of expanding its business in the Middle East and Africa. Throughout his tenure, Ahmed received numerous honors and awards in recognition of his efforts and achievements. He launched his entrepreneurial venture in January 2018.

Ahmed has been a member of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate since 1998 and was part of the Egyptian Junior Businessmen Association (EJB) for over a decade. He is currently a member of the Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunication (CIT) and was a member of the American Chamber of Commerce for nine years. In 1995, he was elected head of the art committee of the student union at the Engineering Faculty of Ain Shams University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering, communications, and electronics in 1997. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration with a major in finance management from ESLSCA University
