I am a strategic partnerships and ecosystem development professional with experience working across the nonprofit, public, and social impact sectors in multiple regional and international contexts.

My work has focused on helping organizations strengthen collaboration models, mobilize resources, and build connected ecosystems that support sustainable growth and long-term impact. Over the years, I have worked with NGOs, international organizations, government entities, donors, educational institutions, and private sector actors to design and implement initiatives focused on employment, youth empowerment, leadership development, and social innovation.

I have managed and supported multi-country programs, led cross-sector partnerships, and contributed to the development of strategies aimed at increasing organizational sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and program scalability. My experience includes partnership development, ecosystem mapping, program design, strategic planning, fundraising support, capacity building, and performance management.

In previous roles, I managed international employment and economic empowerment programs across 17 countries, working closely with governments, UN agencies, nonprofits, and local partners. This included overseeing strategic planning, operational implementation, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization efforts within complex and evolving environments.

More recently, my work has focused on supporting organizations in navigating changing funding landscapes through stronger partnerships, collaborative approaches, and ecosystem thinking. I am particularly interested in how organizations can move beyond isolated efforts and build more connected, resilient, and sustainable models for growth and impact.

Alongside my professional experience, I hold postgraduate diploma in Public Administration, Governance, and Public Relations & Communication Management from McGill University, as well as certifications in project management, agile methodologies, coaching, data analytics, and social impact strategy.
