As an Industrial Engineer with MBA and a focus on management consulting, I am committed to providing expert advice and strategic guidance that enhances organizational operations, performance, and strategic direction. My role is crucial in delivering high-quality solutions to clients across public and private sectors, as well as international organizations and NGOs. My responsibilities include:

1. In-Depth Research and Analysis: I conduct thorough research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices. By analysing complex datasets, I identify patterns, opportunities, challenges, and lessons learned, ultimately offering data-driven insights that empower clients to make informed decisions.
2. Project Management: I lead and oversee consulting projects to ensure client expectations are met while facilitating the seamless execution of initiatives.
3. Strategy Facilitation and Development: By analysing data, market trends, and client performance metrics, I identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations aimed at optimizing operations, processes, and overall performance, ensuring that changes are sustainable.
4. Comprehensive Evaluations: I conduct full-scale evaluations (baseline, and endline impact assessments) to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, and impact of programs. In addition to excellence award assessments to evaluate organizations performance, highlight exemplary practices, and promote continuous improvement according to the highest standards of quality.

In addition to these core functions, I specialize in collecting, analysing, and transforming large volumes of data into actionable assessment reports, and customized data visualizations that drive decision-making. This includes using mixed-methods approaches as moderating focus groups and Key Informant Interviews and facilitating discussions to extract valuable qualitative data. In addition to transforming clients' business questions into tailored quantitative surveys that address their unique challenges. This is usually followed by data processing through cleaning, modelling, and visualizing data to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, trends, and create valuable insights.

This is sometimes accompanied by case documentation and storytelling (entailing developing solid narratives to effectively convey the stories of new initiatives and programs through highlighting successes, impacts and lessons learned from the different views of stakeholders to support future planning and make successes more memorable).
In my career, I have developed a diverse portfolio of projects encompassing institutional development, labour market, social protection, social cohesion and peace building and others.

With nineteen years of extensive experience, I have successfully completed over 180 reports for a variety of clients and stakeholders in Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. My contributions include participation in more than 30 research and analysis processes in collaboration with esteemed development partners such as the ILO, GIZ, USAID, World Bank, and OECD.

I have also successfully delivered more than 20 national strategic plans for public sector entities in Jordan, including the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Social Development, the Ministry of Education, and the Greater Amman Municipality. My work extends to the public sector in Iraq, where I have contributed to strategic planning for the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, and the Ministry of Trade, as well as private sector initiatives in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. Besides participation in designing more than 20 M&E frameworks to track various programs/plans performance.

Furthermore, I have conducted over 40 feasibility studies and business plans across various sectors, including manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, tourism, leisure, education, and health.

Additionally, as an EFQM Certified Assessor, I have been involved in several excellence award assessments such as those under the King Abdullah II Center of Excellence and the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program.
