Switzerland Global Enterprise
Overview
Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) is the official Swiss organization for export and investment promotion. Operating under a public mandate from the Swiss Confederation and the cantons, it helps Swiss small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) expand into international markets while also supporting innovative foreign companies that are considering establishing operations in Switzerland. S-GE functions as a private, non-profit consulting and platform organization, employing around 200 staff and working through a global network of more than 3,000 partners. Its international presence is delivered through Swiss Business Hubs located within Swiss embassies and consulates in approximately 25 countries. The organization provides market intelligence, export consulting, business matchmaking, investment facilitation, trade fair support, and other services aimed at strengthening Switzerland’s economic competitiveness and attracting high-value foreign investment. Its mission is to create added value for Swiss businesses and contribute to Switzerland’s long-term prosperity through international trade and innovation.
