Keys Expertise:

• Gender analysis and planning:
  Led the process of the development of the National strategy on ending GBV/VAW, and monitor its implementation, the help line, support to the GBV/VAW survivors, led the coordination with UN agencies, member of the CEDAW committee.
• Gender Budgeting:
  Conduct the lobbying with deputies and NGO’s so as to integrate gender within the organic law of finance and contribute to set up an action plan.
• Tunisian government report to special committees:
  Contributed to the Tunisian government reports to the CEDAW committee, MDG reports, progress on Beijing+10, Beijing +15….)
• Coordination and management skills:
  Coordinated and managed several projects under the Ministry of women and family affairs with large number of partners and with high financial transactions.
• Rural women initiative:
  I lead the rural women initiative during my work with the ministry; implement activities, monitoring, selection of rural women for micro economic support, set criteria for the selection of candidacies for the price for rural woman, and led the manage all the activities under this initiative since 2008.
• Economic empowerment:
  I contributed in the elaboration of the first woman economic action plan in Tunisia (2016-2020) and in launching the first credit line for Business women entrepreneurs.
• Green Economy:
  I took part in the confection of two training manuals for women enterpreneures on how to green your entreprise.
