I have successfully supported the governance and execution of strategic initiatives in logistics, industrial development, investment attraction, infrastructure, and community development, working closely with government entities and private sector stakeholders.

In my current role with ARRC Consulting, supporting the Al-Jouf Strategic Development Office, I have led and contributed to multiple high-impact initiatives focused on reducing logistics costs, attracting industrial investments, expanding agricultural storage solutions, increasing labor housing capacity, and enhancing project governance and reporting at the regional level. I have extensive experience building strategic partnerships, coordinating cross-sector stakeholders, and preparing executive-level reports and recommendations.
