• Accomplished workforce management, organizational design, and staff capacity building professional with over 18 years of progressively responsible experience improving institutional and staff performance in highly sensitive political offices and project environments.
• Highly skilled at identifying organizational gaps and challenges and applying innovative tools to strengthen corporate governance to deliver on mandates and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to modernize HR policies and management systems to include diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Passionate about coaching, facilitation, and training to develop staff conflict resolution, negotiation, and results-orientation skills, with over 100 participants trained.
• Applied M&E and analytical expertise across government, security, and international development organizations, diagnosing HR and operational problems and translating findings into concrete, implementable solutions.
• Demonstrated professional independence and objectivity in assessment and advisory roles across politically sensitive institutions, including the Office of the President, Ministry of Interior, and Palestinian security sector.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in essential public sector management functions and challenges, including civil, judicial, and security institutions.
