Ahmad Dissouki is a seasoned Architect, Planner, Executive Coach, and Lecturer with over 35 years of multifaceted experience spanning architectural design, urban planning, project management, and corporate capacity building across Egypt, the MENA region, Eurasia, and Africa. He is the Founder, President, and CEO of Construction Development Center (CDC), Managing Director of URBANICS for sustainable natural and built environments, Vice President of Argonaut Misr LLC, and Co-founder of FIKR for training and skill development.

Throughout his career, Ahmad has led multidisciplinary teams in delivering major architectural, infrastructure, educational, and healthcare projects for governments, international agencies (such as USAID, GIZ, and USACE), and global corporations. In addition to his technical expertise in sustainable design and placemaking, he brings 18+ years of experience as a business advisor and human performance expert, holding advanced certifications in NLP, executive coaching, and the Enneagram. Currently serving as an Instructor and Lecturer at the American University in Cairo (AUC) Onsi Sawiris School of Business, Ahmad specializes in executive education, collaborative leadership, organizational development, and empowering high-performance teams.
