She has successfully managed strategic partnerships, consultant engagement, procurement processes, workshops, conferences, stakeholder consultations, and governance systems while ensuring high-quality implementation, compliance, and timely delivery.
Most recently, as Project Manager with Development Gateway (an IREX Venture) under the USAID-funded ASAS Early Grade Education Activity, she has coordinated AI Readiness Assessments and digital transformation initiatives with Jordan's Ministry of Education, universities, technical consultants, vendors, and international partners. Her responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, consultant recruitment and management, workshop delivery, procurement, reporting, governance documentation, operational systems development, and cross-organizational collaboration.
Earlier in her career, Riham worked on entrepreneurship and employability initiatives through the Euro-Jordanian Action for the Development of Enterprise (EJADA), supporting graduate placement, internship coordination, workshop delivery, consultant coordination, and stakeholder engagement with employers and training institutions. She has also managed strategic partnerships and large-scale learning initiatives at Edraak (Queen Rania Foundation), workforce development programs at Luminus Education, organizational transformation initiatives, and nonprofit operations at Friends of Jordan Festivals.
Riham is particularly passionate about building meaningful partnerships that connect organizations, entrepreneurs, educators, and communities to sustainable growth opportunities. She combines strong operational execution with relationship management, process optimization, and practical problem-solving to help complex initiatives achieve measurable impact.
She holds an MBA in Business Administration (Strategic Human Resources) from Middle East University and is fluent in both Arabic and English.
