Dr. Mohammad Issa is a multidisciplinary professional specializing in digital transformation, innovation, entrepreneurship, organizational development, education, and international development. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development, complemented by a background in Chemical Engineering. His multidisciplinary academic profile enables him to connect business strategy, technology, innovation, and sustainable development.

Dr. Issa has extensive experience designing and managing programmes that bring together human-centred design, systems thinking, innovation, AI, digital transformation, experiential learning, and participatory methodologies. He has worked extensively with civil society organizations, development agencies, educational institutions, municipalities, youth organizations, and international partners across the Middle East and North Africa.

He is the President of Creativity Lab for Empowerment and Innovation and the General Manager and Co-founder of Yes Theatre for Communication among Youth, where he has led initiatives focused on youth empowerment, education, psychosocial support, social innovation, entrepreneurship, digital learning, and community development. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Tagheer for Digital Transformation and Consulting, a social enterprise supporting organizations in digital transformation, innovation, AI adoption, Human-Centered Design, systems innovation, and future thinking.

His professional experience includes strategic planning, programme design and management, organizational capacity development, fundraising, partnership development, research, training, coaching, and policy-oriented initiatives. He has contributed to programmes and partnerships involving UN agencies, international NGOs, government institutions, universities, and development networks.

Dr. Issa is also engaged in international networks and initiatives related to Catalyst 2030, Action for the SDGs, innovation, youth empowerment, and social entrepreneurship. His work combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, enabling him to translate complex challenges into innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
