Project & Programme Management: Managed the full Skills and Enterprise pillar of a €3M KfW/BMZ-funded ILO programme (2023–2024), overseeing annual workplans, budgets, partner recruitment and selection, capacity assessments, and donor compliance. Grant & Partner Management: Extensive experience coordinating calls for proposals, assessing implementing partners' organisational capacity, and reviewing financial and narrative reports for donor compliance and quality assurance, across ILO, FCA, and ActionAid Arab Region programmes.

Results-Based Management & Reporting: Proven track record training partners on RBM, monitoring budget delivery against targets and indicators, and preparing timely, high-quality donor reports (KfW, BMZ, Dutch MFA, UN).

Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Supervised and coached trainers and technical staff across FCA and Caritas Syria-supported programmes; led Training-of-Trainer initiatives; conducted performance reviews and staff development planning.

Evaluation & Institutional Assessment: Current Capacity Building & SME Evaluation Specialist with IFAD's Independent Office of Evaluation, conducting desk reviews, stakeholder interviews, and field missions assessing rural livelihoods programming, including Farmer Field Schools and Pastoral Field Schools — strengthening institutional assessment and quality-assurance capabilities directly relevant to overseeing implementing partners.

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation: Represented ILO in national coordination platforms alongside line ministries, municipalities, and technical bodies (TVSDC); built and maintained partnerships with government counterparts, donors, and civil society across all assignments.

Conflict-Sensitive Programming: Delivered quality programming under volatile, resource-constrained conditions in Syria, maintaining focus on community-level outcomes for women and youth in displacement-affected areas.
