About
Samer has trained and consulted social enterprises and MSMEs in Lebanon, Europe, Africa and worldwide. He has long experience combining earned income, institutional sales and donor funding, including support to Black Light and Beit Youssef on business models, financial projections and revenue growth.
Samer co-founded ProAbled and helped build a hybrid disability-inclusion model combining donor-funded program with paid consultancy, training and institutional services. The program has supported more than 1,800 persons with disabilities and people facing financial challenges. He helped develop a diversified food-production model that created jobs for more than 80 persons with disabilities and produced more than one million vacuum-packed meals.
Samer is a co-founder of the Lebanese Social Enterprise Cluster (LSE) and has worked with more than 350 companies and more than 45 NGOs and community organizations. He combines strategy, operations and financial expertise and has grown initiatives through both social-enterprise revenue and donor-funded programs.
