Mohamed is a Senior water & PPP expert as well as certified consultant bringing more than 25 years of experience in Government side advisory. He worked as a Director at Ernst & Young MENA, leading KSA Public-Private Partnership (PPP) practices. World Bank consultant in Water & utilities activities; and EU consultant in PPP and water frameworks. Experience includes development, procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects as well as setting PPP strategies and developing approaches to attract private investments.

In 2005, Mohamed gained experience in the whole water sector reform in Egypt, working as technical office manager in the Holding Company for water & wastewater chairman’s office, which enabled him to participate in establishing the Holding company in Egypt within the framework of the water and wastewater public sector reform. He was the point of contact with various donors providing technical and financial support to the holding company as (KFW, KFZ, USAID, JAICA, DANDIA, EU, EBRD,IFC, World Bank, AfDB, ..etc) . Mohamed assisted in developing the KPIs and monitoring programs for 14 affiliated companies to monitor performance.
