I am a senior development and humanitarian professional with more than 20 years of experience in local development, municipal governance, humanitarian action, organizational development, project and programme management, emergency preparedness and response, and institutional capacity strengthening.

I have strong expertise in participatory local development and municipal capacity building, including community needs assessments, stakeholder mapping and engagement, participatory planning, community mobilization, local development planning, partnership development, resource mobilization, and the design of community-led initiatives. I have extensive experience working with municipalities, public institutions, civil society organizations, international organizations, donors, and diverse community groups.

My qualifications include substantial experience in strategic planning, project cycle management, programme design, proposal development, results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, organizational strengthening, policy and procedure development, donor compliance, and management of multidisciplinary teams. I am experienced in translating assessments and community priorities into practical strategies, projects, and sustainable interventions.
