Years of hard work to help families build better lives across the Middle East and North Africa are now at risk. Aid agencies urgently need $122 million across 10 operations to keep basic services open and protect vulnerable communities before the end of 2026.
Because of a major lack of funding, aid programs are being forced to cut back on support. These cuts mean thousands of struggling families are losing access to the simple everyday items and services they need to survive:
- Daily Needs: Cash help and safe places to live (shelter).
- Health & Wellness: Basic medical care and clean drinking water.
- Protection & Learning: Schooling for children, legal papers, and safety support for individuals at risk.
Aid leaders warn that waiting will cause long-term harm. Fast, flexible funding from donors can stop these cuts from becoming a much larger crisis. Steady support is the only way to keep basic services running and help families stay safe, healthy, and self-reliant.
