Ayman Sadek

Mr. Ayman Sadek has worked as Deputy Country Director, Programmes, Plan International Egypt, August 2017 and as Upper Egypt Program Area Manager (PAM) for Plan International Egypt.
He has a progressive experience as a senior level Manager with extensive background in leading & working with national and international Non-Governmental Organizations as well as community level associations
He has been actively involved with management team to lead operation of INGOs offices in Egypt and has been managing projects related to Gender Equality, education, health, human and child rights for more than ten years and this career has focused on building the capacities of different organizations to better manage health, education, women / child protection projects.
Through years, he had built technical expertise in education, gender-based violence and children rights related issues. His expertise had been put to use various times in designing integrated multi-sectoral community development program.
