Future Tourism

Overview

Future Tourism's story began in 2007 with the partnership of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Anadolu Efes under the name of Eastern Anatolia Tourism Development Project (DATUR) in order to develop a tourism-based local development model in the Çoruh Valley. Sustainable tourism aims to contribute to the local economy, the protection of natural and cultural heritage, and the improvement of the quality of life of local people and visitors by minimizing the negative impacts of tourism on society and the environment.
