I have successfully managed finance and operations teams in large, complex projects through the entire project life-cycle: start-up and systems creation, project implementation, and close-out. I understand the critical link between program implementation and the financial/operational support systems needed for project success. I hold an MBA from the University of Warwick and am fluent in French. My most recent long term position I was the Deputy Chief of Party Finance and Operations for the USAID financed SPRING/Ghana project. I directed finance and operations in the Tamale head office and in 15 district offices. I served in similar capacities with USAID-funded projects in West, East and Southern Africa.
Since leaving Ghana in late 2017 I have been doing consultancies on a full time basis working in Ethiopia, Uganda and Zambia.
