I am a professional aid and development worker, experienced in the field of creating and evaluating youth and women political, social engagement, and empowerment programs.

Furthermore, I have strong expertise in the field of social-research, where I have successfully participated, and co-led the development of feasibility studies, needs assessment, baselines, and end-lines studies. In addition, I have engaged with local and international organizations developing and improving organizational internal capacities using participatory and people-led tools and approach.

I am a result-oriented person with a human-centered approach. I have solid knowledge and background of national and international non-governmental organizations operations, as well as the political and social context of Jordan and the Arab region.
