The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development (REFORM)

Overview

The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development (REFORM) is an independent, secular, non-partisan Palestinian non-governmental organization (NGO) established in 2012 by a group of young social and political activists. Based in Ramallah, REFORM is dedicated to fostering sustainable change within Palestinian society by empowering marginalized groups, particularly women and youth from hard-to-reach communities such as refugee camps, villages, and remote areas. The organization achieves this through a combination of awareness-raising, capacity-building, training, and mentoring, aiming to enhance active participation in public life and decision-making processes.
