Ahiler Development Agency

Overview

Ahiler Development Agency was established with the Decree of the Council of Ministers numbered 2009/15236, published in the Official Gazette dated 25 July 2009, within the framework of the "Law on Establishment, Coordination and Duties of Development Agencies" dated 25 January 2006 and numbered 5449. Finally, it was rearranged by Presidential Decree No. 4 on the Organization of Affiliated, Related and Related Institutions and Organizations and Institutions and Organizations. Including the TR71 Level 2 Region consisting of Aksaray, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Nevşehir and Niğde, the Agency's headquarters is in Nevşehir and there are Investment Support Offices (YDO) in these provinces where the Agency operates.

Ahiler Development Agency aims to accelerate regional and local development, to adopt sustainable development approaches, to prepare regional plans in order to reduce inter-regional and intra-regional development disparities and to support projects that will ensure their implementation, to contribute to the development of the regional and local development capacity, Providing motivation among all stakeholders to provide a basis for regional development and helping to increase the institutional capacities of stakeholders are among the main duties of AHIKA.
