Campus France

Overview

Campus France is a public institution under the dual authority of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. It is in charge of promoting French higher education abroad and welcoming foreign students and researchers to France. It encourages international mobility and manages scholarship programmes and the alumni network.

One of Campus France's missions is to assist and advise French students seeking to study abroad. The agency thus promotes the Erasmus programme in France. French institutes of higher education are encouraged to develop partnerships with European institutes so that their students may benefit from funding and complete some of their studies in another country in Europe. Furthermore, Campus France provides students and foreign researchers with tools to make them better acquainted with French higher education establishments and to find the right one for their project.
