DAAM Foundation
Overview
DAAM’s CSR activities focus on financial inclusion, entrepreneurship development, women’s economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability. Through its corporate social responsibility initiatives and Fondation DAAM, the institution supports Tunisian micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses with training, mentoring, and business-development assistance.
Entrepreneurship and employment: Strengthening micro-enterprises, supporting business growth, and contributing to job creation. Women’s empowerment: Leadership training, mentoring, and support for women entrepreneurs to improve their business skills and economic independence. Financial education: Helping entrepreneurs improve their financial-management skills and make informed business decisions. Environmental sustainability: Promoting energy-efficient equipment and greener business practices through DAAM’s DAAM El Bi2a financing product. Social and financial inclusion: Expanding access to financial services and non-financial support for micro-entrepreneurs, including businesses transitioning from the informal to the formal economy.
