Overview
The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) is the EU’s centre of fundamental human rights expertise. They provide expert advice to the EU institutions and their Member States on a range of issues. In doing so they help ensure that the fundamental rights of people living in the EU are protected. They collect data on a wide range of fundamental rights, conduct research and analysis, provide independent advice to policymakers, network with human rights stakeholders from the local to international level, and raise awareness of fundamental rights in the EU.
