Overview
Created in 1990 by His Majesty King Hassan II and presided over by Her Royal Highness Princess Lalla Meryem, the Hassan II Foundation for Moroccans Residing Abroad works for the maintenance of the fundamental ties that Moroccans living abroad maintain with their homeland and to provide them with help and support to overcome the difficulties they face as a result of their emigration. To this end, the Foundation deploys a wide range of programs in the cultural, legal, economic and social spheres.
The foundation focuses on promoting Education and cultural diversity, Legal and social assistance, International cooperation and partnership, collection and management of data concerning the Moroccan diaspora, Art, Culture and Communication.
