Meem Foundation
Overview
Meem Foundation is a philanthropic foundation dedicated to empowering women and girls across the Middle East and North Africa through a holistic and innovative approach to addressing the unique challenges they face. Launched in 2023 by UAE-based philanthropist Muna Easa Al Gurg, the Foundation aspires to help realize the hopes and dreams of the women and girls it supports by investing in strategic philanthropic initiatives that bridge the gender gap. Its work focuses on creating pathways for economic empowerment through funding education, training, and future-of-work programs, as well as improving healthcare access and awareness to ensure women and girls can access safe healthcare services and enhance their overall health and well-being.
