Overview
Noor Dubai Foundation is a non-for-profit, non-govermental organization established by decree law (18/2010) from the Government of Dubai to work in the field of treatment and prevention of Blindness at a global scale. Noor Dubai Foundation envisions a world where all individuals living in low income regions and suffering from visual disabilities have access to eye healthcare and are given equal and fair opportunities of treatment that will improve their quality of life.
