The CIB Foundation is transforming specialized healthcare in Egypt through two high-impact partnerships. The two projects introduced modern medical technology and much-needed financial resources to children in need in Egypt, focusing on neurosurgery in upper Egypt and burn services throughout the country.

At Aswan University Hospital, a 33 million EGP investment has established the region's first specialized Pediatric Neurosurgery Center. Equipped with 3D surgical navigation and simulators, the facility will serve 1,600 children annually, providing high-precision brain surgeries and advanced training for local medical staff.

Simultaneously, the Foundation has renewed its support for Ahl Misr Burn Hospital to cover the medical costs of 403 patients. This builds on a previous collaboration that equipped a pediatric burn ICU, ensuring that specialized physical and psychological recovery services remain accessible to the most vulnerable families.

CIB and Ahl Misr’s leadership underscore that these projects signify “a fairer future for Egyptian society.” By filling the gap where philanthropy and health care intersect, they aim at easing the burden faced by Egyptian families with complex medical conditions.

By integrating international medical standards with local expertise, the CIB Foundation is strengthening Egypt’s long-term infrastructure. These projects ensure that life-saving specialized care—from neurosurgery to intensive burn recovery—is available to the next generation of Egyptians regardless of their location
