Ahmad Aly Eldabaa

PMP-certified Strategy, Execution and Project Management Consultant, Master Trainer, and Operational Excellence practitioner with more than 16 years of experience across consulting, manufacturing, technology, entrepreneurship, organizational development, and corporate capability building.

Ahmad has designed and delivered more than 500 corporate programmes and learning interventions, supporting over 27,000 professionals and 200 organizations across Egypt and the MENA region. His experience combines senior operational and project leadership at Procter & Gamble with management consulting, Lean Six Sigma, supply chain improvement, PMO and execution-system design, leadership development, digital transformation, and experiential learning.

He is the Managing Director of Ajax Training & Consulting, Co-founder and Chief Business Officer of ANF Al-Ahram for Non-Woven Fabrics, and Co-founder of Takumi Software Studio. He has also served as a Project Management and leadership faculty member at the American University in Cairo and CIC Business Schools.

His consulting and capacity-building assignments cover project and programme management, operational excellence, institutional strengthening, business development, entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational effectiveness, supply chain management, process improvement, monitoring and evaluation, and technology-enabled execution.

Ahmad holds a BSc in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Alexandria University and has completed postgraduate and executive studies in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analytics, coaching, corporate governance, and professional training. His professional credentials include PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ICF Positive Psychology Coach, Corporate Governance Practitioner, and Advanced Trainer certification.

He works fluently in Arabic and English and brings a practitioner-led approach that focuses on measurable results, capability transfer, sustainable implementation, and solutions adapted to the realities of organizations operating in Egypt and the MENA region.
