16 years working across agricultural development, value chain development VCD, food systems, and inclusive agribusiness from smallholder farms to larger agrifood operations across Egypt & Africa.

The work cuts across the whole chain: market systems interventions, setting up Public-Private Partnerships, managing funded investment operations, and helping smallholder producers reach finance, inputs, and markets. The deeper work for me sits in stakeholder engagement, investment planning, rural transformation, and programme design grounded in evidence. Most of it only moves when people who don't usually sit at the same table actually do. So, whether it's facilitating a partnership between a ministry and a private operator, building training for local producers, or weighing in on food security policy, I'm trying to hold the system view and stay honest about what's changing on the ground.
