  • Expertise in advanced experimental techniques, including patch clamping, laser-induced spectroscopy (LIBS, LIF), FTIR and Raman spectroscopy, confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, protein purification, cell culture, and nanoparticle synthesis.

  • Leadership in scientific policy and community engagement, serving as Rapporteur of the Egyptian National Committee of Biological Sciences and as editorial board member and reviewer for multiple international journals.

  • Strong experience in project management, student supervision, and international collaboration, with supervision of graduate students, external examining roles, and organization of international scientific conferences and workshops.
