PROFILE

• Senior independent evaluation consultant with over 20 years of experience designing and leading complex evaluations of humanitarian programmes across conflict-affected, post-disaster, and displacement contexts.
• Deep familiarity with Red Cross/Red Crescent and NGO humanitarian systems, accountability frameworks, and MEAL methodologies.
• Experienced in assessing multi-sectoral responses covering emergency assistance, early recovery, livelihoods, protection, and community resilience.
• Brings a rigorous mixed-methods approach to evaluation, combining strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a commitment to participatory processes, stakeholder engagement, and actionable learning.
• Understands the importance of gender-sensitive and conflict-sensitive programming
• Extensive experience working in and evaluating responses in complex geopolitical environments, including the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.
