I am a licensed lawyer and project management professional with over twenty years of experience in the design and delivery of complex, multi-partner projects in Egypt, Libya, Canada, and the United States. I work with both government and the private sector to support rule of law initiatives.

I am particularly interested in exploring ways in which alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms and emergent technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence can be used to promote access to justice through increased efficiency and effectiveness in legal systems in the Arab Region.
