Eng. Aref Herbawi, currently the Dean of Continuing Vocational Education and Training Faculty at Palestine Polytechnic University, holds a B.Sc. in Engineering, an MBA, and currently a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration. Aref is a senior Management Consultant and Organizational Development Expert and Trainer with around 20 years of professional experience in TVET, Project Management, Institutional Development, QMS and ISO, Fundraising, MEL and Strategic Planning. Mr. Herbawi has successfully leveraged funds and managed over 60 international projects, He has worked with leading international agencies including GIZ, UNIDO, EU, USAID, Enabel, ICRC, NRC, LWF and the Government of Canada, and has delivered extensive consulting and training in Leadership, ME&R, Proposal Writing and Operations Management. Aref is a member of several global professional networks such as ISO Global Directory, UNEVOC, EU Experts Network and GIZ Global Campus. He has also participated in regional and international programs across Europe, Asia, and North America and published research on Innovation, CSR, and industry collaboration.
