Senior Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Education professional with 13+ years of experience in humanitarian and development programming in Jordan and the MENA region. Currently serving as ECD Coordinator and Head of ECD at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) Jordan, providing strategic and technical leadership across ECD programmes, partnerships, and national-level initiatives.

Extensive experience in ECD systems strengthening, parenting and caregiver programming, social and emotional learning (SEL), curriculum and training design, teacher professional development, programme design and scale-up, capacity strengthening, and education in emergencies. Strong track record of working with government institutions, particularly Ministries of Education, Health, and Social Development, to translate evidence and global approaches into practical policies, programmes, tools, and capacity-development initiatives.

Experienced in technical advisory, programme quality, proposal and programme review, donor-funded programming, stakeholder engagement, research and evidence generation, monitoring and evaluation, and multi-sectoral coordination. Has contributed to national frameworks, professional development programmes, parenting interventions, curriculum and training packages, and initiatives serving children, caregivers, teachers, and frontline service providers.

Brings substantial experience collaborating with UN agencies, international and national NGOs, donors, academic institutions, civil society organizations, and government partners. Also experienced in reviewing programme proposals and budgets and providing technical, programmatic, and financial recommendations to support funding and programme decisions.
