I am an Information Management, MEAL, and Data Analytics professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting humanitarian and development programmes, including extensive experience with international NGOs and UN agencies. My background combines monitoring and evaluation, information management, database management, data quality, business intelligence, and digital data collection.

My key qualifications include designing and managing MEAL and information management systems; developing results frameworks, indicators, data collection methodologies, reporting tools, and data quality assurance processes; and translating programme data into actionable insights for programme managers and senior management.

I have strong practical experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI and advanced Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, automated reporting, interactive dashboards, KPI tracking, and management reporting. I am also experienced in SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, transformation, analysis, and automation.

I have extensive experience with digital data collection platforms, particularly KoBoToolbox/ODK and XLSForm, including questionnaire design, validation rules, skip logic, calculations, data quality controls, and management of large datasets. My database experience includes SQL-based systems and the design and maintenance of structured data management and reporting solutions.

My MEAL experience includes logframe and indicator development, outcome monitoring, target and achievement tracking, data quality assessments, survey design and analysis, disaggregation, reporting, and supporting programme teams in evidence-based decision-making. I have also developed SOPs, guidance, data dictionaries, reporting workflows, and standardized tools to strengthen data governance and consistency.

I have worked closely with programme teams, technical specialists, management, partners, and field teams in complex humanitarian operations, particularly within the Syria response and Jordan. I am experienced in turning complex operational requirements into practical data systems, dashboards, analytical products, and management information.
