Over 20 years of multi-sectoral professional experience including civil service (6,5 years), staff member of an international organisation (5 years) and freelance international cooperation and development consultant (9 years) with a focus on project management and coordination across sectors such as healthcare, human rights, criminal justice reform,  sustainable development, emergency relief, gender equality and mental health care services. Over 13 years of professional working experience in project implementation, including EU, CoE, CEB and EBRD-funded projects, with knowledge of contracting authorities, funding schemes, and project requirements. Over 10 years of experience as a team leader/project director/project manager, successfully leading and managing large-scale projects and diverse teams, while collaborating with international organizations, government authorities and NGOs. Master's degree in Southeast European Studies. Fluency in Turkish and English.
