I am a driven, self-made professional, deeply passionate about my work. With over 15 years of experience spanning academia and various industries, I bring a diverse and multifaceted background. I hold a PhD in Geography and Spatial Planning from the University of Montpellier and the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAE), a Master's in Urban Planning and Policy from the American University of Beirut (AUB), Lebanon, and a Master’s in Agricultural Engineering/Agricultural Economics from the Lebanese University.
Throughout my career, I have provided consultancy services to numerous NGOs and INGOs, contributing to projects funded by international institutions, including USAID, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, the Canadian International Development Agency, Positive Planet, and JP Morgan. I have also worked closely with private enterprises, providing expertise in business development, entrepreneurship, agriculture, water management, and landscape design.My professional journey includes over a decade of academic teaching, project management, proposal and report writing, research, content creation, and training delivery.
I have conducted extensive field studies and possess a deep understanding of a wide range of subjects.A strong advocate for effective interpersonal communication, I am fluent in Arabic, French, and English. My research interests are wide-ranging, covering landscapes, urban agriculture, green infrastructure, and spatial use. More broadly, I am passionate about engaging in development and community-based projects, and I thrive in multicultural environments
