Dalia Said is passionate about creating memorable learning experiences for diverse communities and exploring the potential of effective networking. She pursued this passion further by obtaining a Master's in Education from Harvard, focusing on group learning and adult development. Since 2005, Dalia has gained experience in curriculum development and event design through her work with organizations such as AIESEC, Namaa for Sustainable Development, ElMashrou3, and currently with JRNY (formerly ElRehla) (www.jrny.me), where she leading as CEO. JRNY works to build collaborative communities by hosting networking events and experiences outside of urban areas that bring together industry leaders, corporate teams, and founders for connective, reflective, and habit-changing experiences. JRNY is an impact-driven organization dedicated to accelerating community and network building across various industries & ecosystems. Since 2013, JRNY has delivered over 190 retreats to over 80 stakeholders.
