Dalila Yaser Hussein

Dalila Hussein is a development practitioner with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research across various sectors including quantitative and qualitative research, data-driven decision making, community-based development and capacity building for local NGOs. She holds a Master of Development Practice from the University of Minnesota, where she concentrated on economic development and program evaluation. Dalila has held key roles in several organizations where lastly she held the position of MEL Manager at a USAID-funded program.

Dalila has experience in working with local NGOs to build their capacities in M&E systems, as well as training and coaching emerging start-ups on market research and analysis using primary and secondary research, deploying quantitative and qualitative tools. With over 8 years of experience, Dalila worked in various projects and with diverse donors including GIZ, BPRM, ECHO, and CARE.
