I bring nearly 20 years of experience in project management, advocacy, and business development within the MENA region. As an independent consultant, I provide strategic insights and support to NGOs, enhancing project design, implementation, evaluation, and business development strategies.

My expertise also lies in driving gender equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives with a specific focus on electoral and democratic reform.

During my tenure at Hivos, as Senior Programme Development Manager I initiated and developed over 12 programs across Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia, Syria, and Egypt, focusing on a wide range of issues including gender equality, SOGIESC awareness, LGBTIQ rights, and women’s empowerment.

I've shown leadership skills  in forming consortiums with local CSOs and INGOs, successfully securing large multi-year grants and organizing numerous capacity-building workshops.

I have leveraged my project management and communication skills to lead proposal development efforts, including securing a successful Muti-year and multi- million grants from the Dutch MFA/ the EU, the Gates Foundation, SIDA, amongst other donors.

I am also passionate about promoting human rights, gender equality, diversion, and inclusion and have facilitated an extensive network of CSOs, activists, influencers, and leaders across the region.

As a research fellow at The German Institute for International & Security Affairs, I  conducted research on the Syrian crisis and provided expert opinions to German policy-makers.

With Heinrich Boell Foundation, I managed over 15 projects in Lebanon, fostering improvements in governance and civic engagement.

I have built extensive experience and strategic insight into gender-focused projects, project coordination, capacity building, and CSO capacity building in the development sector.
