Dr. Hanane Benkhallouk
About
With over 20 years of experience across the Middle East, Africa, and international ecosystems, I work at the intersection of leadership development, sustainability, and inclusive economic growth. My expertise focuses on supporting organizations, institutions, and development programs in designing and implementing human-centered approaches to transformation, with a strong emphasis on women and youth empowerment.
I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on ESG integration, and my work goes beyond strategy into practical, on-the-ground implementation. I have collaborated with public sector entities, NGOs, and private institutions to design and deliver programs that build leadership capacity, strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems, and enable more inclusive and sustainable development outcomes.
A key area of my work is advancing women’s leadership and economic participation. I design and facilitate programs that support women in building confidence, leadership capability, and access to opportunities, while also working with organizations to foster inclusive environments and engage male allies. My approach addresses both individual empowerment and systemic barriers, ensuring sustainable and scalable impact.
I also specialize in developing future-ready skills among youth and professionals, including critical thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and cultural intelligence. I have supported over 5,000 entrepreneurs and emerging leaders through capacity-building programs, mentorship, and ecosystem initiatives that bridge education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
As the founder of Tawazoun ecosystem of balance and creator of the SEEDS framework, I bring a structured yet human approach to development integrating people, workplaces, society, and the planet. I focus on translating global frameworks such as ESG and sustainability into locally relevant, culturally grounded solutions.
I am an international speaker and author, contributing to platforms such as Harvard Business Review Arabic and Forbes Middle East, and I regularly engage diverse stakeholders to facilitate dialogue, alignment, and action. I also bring experience in multi-stakeholder engagement and cross-sector collaboration, supporting initiatives that require alignment between public, private, and civil society actors.
