- Governance, Peacebuilding & Social Inclusion: Experience working on governance, human rights, youth, social inclusion, peacebuilding, migration and post-conflict development programmes.
- Donor & International Organisation Experience: Experience working with programmes supported by USAID, EU, GIZ, IOM, SDC, SIDA, ADA, Swiss Solidarity and other international development partners.
- Data & Digital Tools: Proficient in KoboToolbox, Power BI, Excel and results-based data systems, with experience developing data collection, monitoring and reporting tools.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate data, research and programme evidence into actionable recommendations, strategic decisions and improved programme performance.
- Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement: Experienced in facilitating workshops, moderating multi-stakeholder events, conducting consultations and coordinating government institutions, municipalities, CSOs, international organisations, donors and private-sector stakeholders.
- Academic Qualifications: MBA in Business Administration (Marmara University, Türkiye) and MA in International Relations and Diplomacy (University of Sarajevo).
- Professional Training: Certified/trained in Evaluation of Projects and Programmes – ETH NADEL Zurich, with additional professional development in MERL, MSD, organisational capacity assessment and civil society development.
- Regional & International Expertise: Strong contextual knowledge of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans, combined with professional and academic experience in Türkiye and the wider Middle East and international development sector.
